Poojari Setu — Account & Data Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Poojari Setu account and associated personal data. Poojari Setu is developed and operated by DreamLifes Tech India Private Limited (DL Group).
The deletion process
- 1. Submit your request. This form sends an account deletion request directly to the Poojari Setu team. Enter the mobile number registered on your account.
- 2. Before you request. Complete or cancel any active bookings first, and keep access to your registered phone number — an OTP may be sent to verify ownership.
- 3. Review and deletion. The Poojari Setu team reviews the request and deletes the account within 7 days, then confirms. Submitting a request does not delete the account immediately.
- In the app: you can also request deletion from Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account.
Your account and personal data
Data deleted:
- Name, phone number and profile photo
- Profile details, photos, gallery, packages, availability and ID documents (purohits)
- Saved addresses, family occasions and favourites (customers)
- Notifications, devices and sign-in sessions
- Contact name, phone, address and notes on past bookings
Data kept:
- Booking, payment, refund, payout, wallet and coupon records required for tax and accounting — kept without your name or phone number
- Reviews and support conversations, shown as "Deleted user"
Processing time: within 7 days of the request.
Permanent action: deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment details or other sensitive information.
